The Meredith Group represents over 40 years of dedication to exceptional craftsmanship. What started in 1983 as a decorating company has grown into one of Sussex’s most trusted luxury construction company.
Our journey began when founder Andy Meredith established A P Meredith, focusing on high-quality decorating services. By 1999, Andy’s son Ryan joined the business, and we evolved into A P Meredith & Son. As meticulous decorators, we grew frustrated with poorly executed building work and decided to take control of entire projects. This shift allowed us to ensure every aspect—from groundwork to final finishes—met our exacting standards.
Over the past two decades, we’ve built our reputation on delivering luxury refurbishments, extensions, conversions, and bespoke new builds. Our approach is simple: we treat every client’s project as if it were our own home, maintaining the highest standards throughout.

Andy Meredith - Founder
With over 40 years in the industry, Andy established the company in 1983 and continues to work on projects, specializing in external maintenance, Victorian timber box sash restoration, and period property heritage work.
Ryan Meredith - Managing Director
Ryan joined the family business in 1999 and now leads all operations. His hands-on approach and commitment to perfection ensure every project receives exceptional attention to detail and management.
Lisa - Marie Meredith- Director
Handles administration and accounts, ensuring smooth operations and client communication throughout every project.
